This blackened spice crusted bad boy is made by smoking the brisket for 14 hours leaving spiced fat that melts in your mouth, perfectly fried russet home fries, creamy cheese curds, topped with our unique velvety brisket gravy, fried onions, chives, and a heavenly avocado cilantro lime crema.
